This is Tom. Tom is the general contractor for a new commercial construction project; right across the street from another construction project led by George. to keep things moving quickly, Tom and his team use Procore the cloud-based construction software that keeps everyone on the team up-to-date for even the biggest projects. Starting with the bidding phase Tom is able to distribute bid packets and updates by email and collect vendor responses online.

Tom saves time by not printing and mailing physical bid packages and amdendments and he saves money on curriers and postage. Procore also provides an organized platform to compare different bids. George’s team doesn’t use Procore. They’re doing things the old-fashioned way and the paperwork is piling up. With Procore Tom Stephens able to communicate seamlessly throughout the project.
